At Hot Iron we don’t just install underground wet utilities — we train our employees to be leaders and contributors in the community. We have a sense of duty to society that leads our employees to volunteer their time and talents for the community. We are known for partnering with local high schools’ “Skills USA” programs as well as, the low-income, single mothers’ CLIMB Wyoming program by teaching them profitable skills like operating heavy-duty equipment, equipment maintenance, reading engineered plans, and truck driving. From long-term strategic trajectories to day-to-day operations, we continually work to become better and always remember the values we were built on.
